LatePoint Admin Overlap Guard helps administrators avoid scheduling conflicting appointments when creating bookings through the LatePoint Quick Order interface.
If a new booking overlaps an existing appointment for the same agent, the plugin immediately displays a clear warning before the booking is completed.
The administrator can then cancel and adjust the date or time—or proceed anyway when the overlap is intentional.
How It Works
When an administrator creates a booking, Admin Overlap Guard checks whether the selected agent already has an appointment during the requested time.
If an overlap is detected, a confirmation window appears with two options:
- Cancel and adjust the booking date or time
- Proceed with the booking anyway
This additional confirmation step helps prevent scheduling mistakes without removing control from administrators.
